Refund/Exchange Policy

We offer to the original purchaser a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery for most items unless otherwise listed. Your order must be returned in its original packaging. Sorry, no refunds will be made on expedited shipping and handling fees. We also do not offer refunds for e-liquids. There will be a 15% restocking fee for returns. Please include a copy of your original invoice with your return. We will not be responsible for lost items. A valid RMA number is required to return your order. Contact customer service via email customer.service@cighub.com to obtain an RMA number.

Any express warranty not provided herein, and any remedy which other than the warranty contained herein that might arise by inference or operation of law, is hereby excluded and disclaimed including the implied warranties of merchantability and of the fitness for a particular purpose.

The manufacturers of these products may or may not have their own warranty. Outside of our return policy window, if the product is defective you may be able to contact the manufacturer directly within the product's warranty time to try to resolve any issues.

We use delivery confirmation to verify date of delivery. After 14 days, products cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged.

Please follow these 3 steps to process your return/exchange:

1. Email our Customer Service Department at customer.service@cighub.com in order to receive an approved, Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please label your email subject line, "Request for Return Merchandise Authorization Number." In the body of your email, please include your (a) full contact information, including your first and last name and/or company name, (b) order number,(c) purchase date, (d) telephone, (e) fax, (f) email address, (g) shipping address and (h) the reason for the return, providing a detailed explanation of the difficulty you are experiencing with the device and/or any of its components. All of these information entries are required for processing your request.

2. Within 48 hours of our receipt of your email, our Customer Service Department will review the information you have provided, and email you back with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please do not send any product to us unless and until you have received your RMA#. Once you have received your RMA#, please securely package your starter kit and/or components, and include within your package a copy of the email from our Customer Service Department indicating your RMA#. If you are experiencing an issue with a product component only, please do not send us your entire starter kit. Mail any product returns to the following address:

3. Once our Customer Service Department has received the product you have returned, we will then send you a confirmation email indicating our receipt of same, and our email to you will include an estimated time of delivery of your replacement CigHub product and/or components. Please note that only packages with all contents are entitled to a refund, less shipping fees incurred, provided that a request for refund is made to our Customer Service Department, along with shipment of product to the above indicated address within 14 days from your delivery date. If there is a discrepancy in your order -- please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your product, so we can resolve the issue.

Some important notes about returns:

- All unauthorized returns will be refused.
- The returning package must be postmarked within 14 calendar days from the date you received the RMA number.
- To protect yourself, use a delivery service that has a tracking # and insurance. Refunds will not be given on merchandise lost by the carrier.
- If products are altered or modified, exchange and/or refund become void.
